When Hannah asked me if Hannabis could host my Hemp based meal plans and recipe books to sell on their website, I was honoured and of course said yes. I met Hannah, at the beginning of this year, via another CBD affiliate company, before Hannabis became what it is today. I am so grateful for this opportunity Hannah and Nicole, so thank you so much.

So, I guess I better tell you more about myself and what I do, and a bit of info about my Hemp based meal plans and recipe book, hosted by Hannabis. I created these recipe books and meal plans, as Hemp has become a massive part of my life over the last few years, I eat Hemp in some form every day, whether it’s Hemp Protein, Hemp Seeds, Hemp Oil or Hemp Milk and of course my daily dose of CBD and I lost 9 stone in weight, over the course of about 18 months and have maintained that loss for over 3 years now, I believe Hemp and CBD has played a considerable part in both my weight loss and maintaining. So now I wanna share its awesomeness with you all.

Hemp and CBD are my life’s passion, I literally live, eat and sleep, everything Hemp and CBD. It has literally changed my life and many others too.

Body Confidence

Body Confidence
 
The world is full of body shaming, the sad thing is, most the time people don’t even realise they are doing it & most the time they are even doing it to themselves. I am making it my mission to fill the world with more body confidence & just confidence in general!
 
Most people only look at what is on the surface, it’s about time people started to look a little deeper. People body shame each other daily without even knowing they are doing it or realising the knock on effect it will have on someone’s confidence.
 
It seems very innocent at the time, just like you’re supporting other people the same size as yourself, but matter of the fact is you’re also putting millions of other people down at the same time, so throughout this blog we are going to change that to embracing confidence within eachother.
 
 
Just because I’m a tall larger build, doesn’t make me any less than someone who is a short slim build, it doesn’t make me have less confidence. I don’t label myself as ‘fat’, I don’t label myself as anything.
 
I am me, and no one can take that away from me.
 
Why do we feel the need to label ourselves as ‘skinny’, ‘curvy’, ‘fat’, ‘shapeless’..? Do we not see we are just adding to the division..?
 
Once we learn to stop labeling ourselves and each other, and learn to be happy just being us. Not having to have the validation of other people, that is when you can be truly happy within yourself & experience what it is like to have real body confidence.
 
Just be you, enjoy life, don’t look at the girl walking past the window in the coffee shop and think ‘God she’s so skinny she looks unhealthy’, or ‘How do you allow yourself to get to that size’, when they walk past simply think you to yourself, ‘Wow, look at her absolutely rocking at being herself, no one can rock that as much as her!’.
 
Embrace what makes you different & what makes you stand out from the crowd, someone will the confidence to be themselves are much more liked by everyone then someone who has no confidence to be themselves & choose to just fit into the crown, being drowned out by all the sameness around them, it’s almost like a sea of boringness.
